In this study, patients will switch from Enbrel® to the study medication, which is FDA-approved to treat chronic severe plaque psoriasis but has not been studied in psoriasis patients who are switching treatments.

To qualify for participation in this research study, you must:

• Be between the ages of 18 and 75 years old
• Have been diagnosed with plaque psoriasis
